WINIZ’s entry into the Japanese market has led to another installation case.

Following the installation of Walkmate at Central Rose Garden in Yonago City,

Tottori Prefecture, Japan,

WINIZ has now installed Walkmate at Utopia,

a rehabilitation-focused senior care facility located in the same city.

This installation is especially meaningful because WINIZ products are

continuing to be adopted in actual rehabilitation and senior care facilities in Japan,

rather than being limited to a single delivery.

WINIZ’s Continued Journey in the Japanese Market

Japan has a long history of development in elderly care and rehabilitation,

making it a market where rehabilitation equipment is expected to offer safety,

practical usability, and designs suited to real-world clinical environments.

In these rehabilitation settings in Japan,

WINIZ Walkmate systems developed in Korea are being installed one after another.

As a result, the gait rehabilitation technology that WINIZ has

built and refined in Korea is continuing to expand its applications in the Japanese market.

From Korea to Japan, WPS

WPS is WINIZ’s wall-mounted rehabilitation exercise system,

developed to make use of wall space for a variety of rehabilitation exercises.

The height can be adjusted according to the user’s physical condition

and exercise goals, allowing it to be used for exercises involving various parts of the body,

including the arms, shoulders, and torso.

Another key feature is that it does not require a large installation area,

allowing facilities to make efficient use of their wall space.

WPS was also installed at the Utopia site,

creating a versatile rehabilitation exercise space for older adults.

What Kind of Facility Is Utopia?

Utopia is a long-term care health facility for older adults located in Yonago City,

Tottori Prefecture, Japan.

This type of facility is similar in nature to a rehabilitation-focused senior care facility in Korea.

It provides nursing care, daily living support,

and functional training for older adults who need rehabilitation

and assistance with everyday activities,

helping them maintain physical function and return to daily life.

With the installation of Walkmate,

we hope that older adults using Utopia will be able to continue walking

and gait training more safely and consistently in a stable environment.

Beyond the First Step, Into the Japanese Market

The WINIZ installation journey in Japan,

which began at Central Rose Garden, has now continued with Utopia.

WINIZ will continue to build on the rehabilitation equipment technology

and field experience accumulated in Korea,

expanding the application of Walkmate across a wide range of rehabilitation

and senior care facilities in Japan and other overseas markets.
